Every effort will be made to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Specialty items, such as those requiring beading, take longer to process.

Shipping times depend on your location. International shipping is longer. Key’s Darlins is not responsible for shipper carrier delays.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned, due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order excluding shipping and handling fees and ask that you resubmit your order.

Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which may be incurred once a shipment reaches its destination. Key’s Darlins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility.
